“Centering Love, Cultivating Liberation,” February 21, 2021

“With love at the center, there is always room,” words from activist and author adrienne maree brown, Sho invites all of us to expand our imagination when it comes to creating a more just and equitable world. What does a world with love at the center look like? What can we nurture in community that moves us closer to the world our Unitarian Universalist faith tells us is not just possible, but our responsibility to co-create?

Join us on Feb. 21st as Rev. Ranwa Hammamy returns with a UUorship-UUorkshop entitled “Centering Love, Cultivating Liberation” where we will imagine a world centered on love, a world where there is always room. Rev. Ranwa is the Executive Director of the Unitarian Universalist Justice Ministry of California whose top 3 priorities are Immigration Justice, Medicare for All, and a Fossil-Free California.

Beautiful music will be provided by Tom Devine, Mo Robinson, and Pamela Carrington-Tribble.
